We've included female organ tonics, as well as adaptogen herbs to help us keep our minds right and manage incoming stress, herbs that strengthen the female system, aid and relieve symptoms during painful menstruation, herbs that improve digestion, reduce inflammation, are high in Vitamin C (which promotes collagen production, in turn helping to give skin that natural healthy glow) and antioxidants to help slow the process of aging and give your immune system that extra boost. This blend also promotes healthy hair & strong nails naturally, making it an amazing go to beverage for women.

Take approx 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf herbs (per 8oz of water). Add to a reusable tea bag, strainer, or my personal go to, a french press (add more herbs accordingly) . Boil some water, pour over the top of the herbs and allow to steep for 15-20 minutes to get all the constituents out of the beloved herbs.
Sample sizes should make approximately 5-6 8oz cups of organic herbal tea.

Hibiscus flowers are often intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally fragments of peanut shells are present. Caution for individuals with severe peanut allergies.
