Red Raspberry Leaf is our primary in this blend + it has so many amazing benefits to the body + female system during pregnancy. I'd say one of the biggest benefits is strengthening the uterine walls, helping to prepare you for your birth. Many who have consistently drank red raspberry leaf prior to birth, have found it can help reduce pain + time spent in labor.
Nettles Leaf contains many vital nutrients, including high levels of calcium, which can help those that suffer from muscle + joint pain as pregnancy progresses. This herbal ally nourishes + tones the body, blood + vascular system. This can also help heal post partum.
