This blend was dreamt up for all you mint lovers out there! Nothing quite invigorates the mind + awakens the soul like an herbal bouquet of fresh mints, with added Jasmine Green Tea, Lemon Peel, Calendula + a hint of Ginger.
Mint is known to have a variety of benefits such as, reducing stress/ anxiety, soothing the stomach, reducing indigestion such as gas + bloating + aiding the digestive system overall! It also is known for improving brain function, reducing bad breath/ bacteria that causes bad breath + overall increasing oral health, while boosting the immune system, reducing nausea/ upset stomach, aiding in the treatment of a common cold! Mints in this blend such as Holy Basil + Lemon Balm are known specifically for aiding to reduce + manage stress mindfully, and naturally aiding with anxiety. Truly, the benefits list of the mint family, really goes on + on! Not to mention the refreshing taste, whats not to love?
Add a cup of our Magic Mint Refresh into your daily routine + enjoy the soothing + invigorating blend of mint (one being an adaptogen + another being a nervine~ goodbye to stress!!!), with a little hint of citrus, calming calendula + kick of ginger to warm + balance the blend!
Take approx 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf herbs (per 8oz of water). Add to a reusable tea bag, strainer, or my personal go to, a french press (add more herbs accordingly). Boil some water, pour over the top of the herbs and allow to steep for 15-20 minutes to get all the constituents out of the beloved herbs.
