Our livers have very important life sustaining functions, such as removing toxins from the blood, maintaining healthy sugar levels, producing bile that breaks down fats, aiding in digestion, the list goes on + on...
Since our liver is so vital, it's time we give it a little support! Herbs within this blend have been carefully selected to help clean + remove toxins, stregthen the liver, stimulate the production of bile, reduce inflammation, + improve blood circulation.
We added Schisandra Berries, an adaptogen rich in antioxidants + also known to help with cleansing the liver. This herb may help you manage stress mindfully. Enjoy this delicately spiced, earthy blend + love your liver!
Take approx 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf herbs (per 8oz of water). Add to a reusable tea bag, strainer, or my personal go to, a french press (add more herbs accordingly). Boil some water, pour over the top of the herbs and allow to steep for 15-20 minutes to get all the constituents out of the beloved herbs.
