A refreshing + spiced blend of Lemon + Ginger Herbal Tea (with no artificial / not so "natural flavors" that many big name brands use in their blends!). Just high quality USDA organic herbs!
A blend with anti inflammatory, calming + soothing herbs to be drinken daily, or during times of upset stomach, indigestion, gas, bloating + beyond.
Use this blend on it's own, or add it to your next batch of homemade herbal lemonade! All you need is to add a natural sweetener (honey, maple syrup or agave) + fresh squeezed lemons + pour over ice!
Ingredients: All Organic* Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Calendula, Lemon Peel + Ginger Root
Lemongrass has antioxidants, anti microbial + anti inflammatory properties. It is a great blend to help reduce risk of cancer, promote healthy digestion + regulate chloresterol.
Lemon Balm is a lemon scented nervine a part of the mint family, often used to improve mood + decrease anxious feelings.
Lemon Verbena is widely known as a digestive aid, as it has many relaxant properties, making it a great alternative for cramps + period pains as well. It has also been linked to helping reduce stress and nervousness.
Calendula adds a nice sweet, floral note to this blend. It contains antioxidant + anti inflammatory properties
Lemon Peel contains calcium, vitamin c, potassium + antioxidants. It may help boost your immune system, promote heart health, promote oral health + beyond.
Ginger adds the perfect kick to this blend / helps to elevate the citrus notes. Ginger acts as the catalyst + helps warm the blend + provides additional antioxidants + extra digestive support!

Steep for 15-20 minutes for optimal herbal tea benefits. Allow to cool before refrigerating (if you would like it chilled or iced) !Add raw local honey or organic citrus to compliment.
