We are calling this Golden Hour, because of its deep orange/red/yellow coloring when steeped, reminding us of that picture perfect time of day where the sky illuminates beauty.

Take approx 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf herbs (per 8oz of water). Add to a reusable tea bag, strainer, or my personal go to, a french press (add more herbs accordingly) . Boil some water, pour over the top of the herbs and allow to steep for 15-20 minutes to get all the constituents out of the beloved herbs.
By itself the blend is peppery & spiced, some may prefer it this way. Others may prefer it with warmed milk and honey. It is said that curcumin, within turmeric is better absorbed by the body when fat is added, hense why people began adding milk to this beverage. Pictured is the blend with added frothed almond milk & local honey, mellowing the blend and bringing hint of sweey. This can also be made into an iced drink or latte if preferred.
Sample size should make approximately 5-6 (8oz) servings of herbal tea.
