If you have trouble catchin' zZz's at night, or just enjoy unwinding with a cup of night time herbal tea, this is your blend.
This combination of herbal allies includes floral notes of Chamomile & Lavender, minty notes of Lemon Balm & Peppermint, with the sedative properties of Valerian Root & Hops, it will help bring you to the calming state you dream of, quite literally.
It is important to note this tea should only be consumed before bedtime/ times of rest and relaxation, as its designed to make you sleepy!
Steep for 15-20 minutes for optimal herbal tea benefits.
