Awakening Sample
Can't quite commit to a full size bag? Can't decide which blend is calling your name? Try a sample size of one of Wild Daisy Herbals intuitively crafted herbal loose leaf organic teas.
A blend that will awaken, yet soothe your mind, body & soul. This minty floral blend, with added adaptogens will help calm your nerves, and manage your stress levels mindfully, while the peppermint and spearmint help awaken your senses, freshen and open your airways and help you focus. Take approx 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf herbs (per 8oz of water). Add to a reusable tea bag, strainer, or my personal go to, a french press (add more herbs accordingly) . Boil some water, pour over the top of the herbs and allow to steep for 15-20 minutes to get all the constituents out of the beloved herbs.
Sample size should make approximately 5-6 (8oz) servings of herbal tea.
